Whisky Chill

Ingredients
60 ml whisky
A pinch of Salt
5 drops of ginger juice
Chilled Soda to top
2 Green Chillies
Preparation
Pour in 5 drops of ginger juice and add salt to it. Slit green chillies, take the seeds out and put in a glass. Now pour in the whisky. Take a chilled soda bottle, open it and close the tip with your thumb. Now shake the soda bottle and splash it on to the glass. The soda should come out with pressure so that you get the tingling taste of the chilli.
Whisky sour

Ingredients
45ml Whisky
20ml sugar syrup
20ml Lime juice
Half an egg-white
Ice cubes
Preparation
Shake all the ingredients together with ice and pour into glass. Garnish with slices of lemon and a cherry.
